Tom provided interim financing expertise and served as liaison between the CDC and the school and other tenants in an 84,000 sq ft renovation in Washington DC. He has also served as developer during the construction phase and worked to bring the project online, within budget, and on time.

This company provides solutions to non profits that require technical or program specific assistance. This service company provides technology platforms to Raza Development Fund as well as other non profit organizations. Tom is founder and president of this company.

American Computer Group
This company was a successful privately held service provider based in Tempe AZ. Tom served as the company's President during the late 1990s and conducted site selection and a build to suite of a 20,000 sq ft headquarters building. In addition he has worked on IT processing facilities that served the data warehousing and direct marketing industries in the Los Angeles area. He worked with Jon Postel and other internet pioneers within Genuity and Centergate.
