NCLR purchases new headquarters building in Washington, DC, in April 2004.  It will be ready for move-in to the Raul Yzaguirre Building, at 1126 Sixteenth Street NW  in March of 2005.

NCLR will office in 4 floors of the building and affiliates and guests will be greeted in a lobby called the GALLERIA DEL MOVIMENTO and have an expansiveCONFERENCE CENTER available within the building.

Plans call for additional improvements after move in to include a Plaza de los Afilliados, and a renewed exterior ICON renovation.
